Advantage

Construction Tips

Oil-based polyurethane (OPU,IP-12) can be used in places where there is sometimes water and sometimes no water, such as floors, bridges, cracks, and places with small leaks. When it reacts, it expands dozens of times, and it is in very close contact with the building and will not fall off, can permanent water stop.

Oil-based polyurethane can also be used for roof waterproofing. It can only be done in the rainy season. You don’t know where the leak is at ordinary times. When the rainy season comes, you can plug the leaks wherever they are. After plugging, it’s done. Oil-based polyurethane is very stable after reaction
